1. Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt, in line with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.
  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in their original packaging.

2. Exclusions

  • Custom or personalised 3D prints are non‑refundable unless faulty.
  • Minor surface variations inherent to 3D printing are not considered faults.

3. Process

  • To initiate a return, contact us at oliandbelluk @ gmail.com with your order number.
  • Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty.
  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

4. Faulty or Damaged Items

  • If an item arrives faulty or damaged, notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • We may request photographic evidence before authorising a replacement or refund.
